Applying to the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology
If you are thinking about applying to the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, but feel like you are not sure where to begin, feel free to contact the Admissions Office staff. Our staff is happy to answer all your questions and give you the information you need to make your decision. The best way to see if the School of Mines is the right place for you is to schedule a visit and see the university for yourself.
To complete your application, please submit the following materials to the university.
1. Undergraduate Admissions Application
2. $20 application fee
3. Official transcripts
4. Official report of ACT and/or SAT scores

All applicants must carefully review the Application Instructions. Applications are not considered complete until all required documents are received by the Admissions Office.
